Camp Hatteras, Rodanthe, NC
I took both boys to Camp
Hatteras in Rodanthe, North Carolina to give Mom a break. It was an
eventful trip - the remnants of a hurricane generated gale force winds
one night and we thought we were going to blow away. I ended up taking
the Grandview SP down and we slept in the van. What a night.
Camp Hatteras is a pretty nice campground. The roads and sites are paved, which cuts down on the dirt and sand in the camper. We had a great site, right next to the beach.
